2016 Great Jersey Shore Burger Contest Returns This Weekend

It's one of my favorite events of the year, and it's set for this weekend!

Come out and join me for the Great Jersey Shore Burger Contest!

It's part of Jersey Shore Restaurant Week, which officially kicks off today, and runs through Sunday, April 24th at dozens of participating restaurants around the Jersey Shore. JSRW gives you the chance to enjoy amazing three-course meals for one set price.

Tomorrow (Saturday,) April 16th, head to Bar A in Lake Como from 1-4 p.m. for this year's burger contest! 13 local restaurants will go head-to-head to decide who has the Jersey Shore's best burger! This year's competitors include Waypoint 622, Cross & Orange, The Committed Pig, 709, Yvonne's, and more!

As the Point's resident foodie, you know I wouldn't miss out on this! I'm especially excited to be serving as judge again this year, because...someone's gotta do it!

In addition to the burger contest, it's also the 2nd annual Bar A Craft Beer Fest, serving up brews from New Belgium, Spoetzel, and Boulevard Breweries.
