$2M Powerball Ticket Sold in Monmouth County

A lucky Monmouth County resident is about to kick off their 4th of July weekend with a bang lot of cash!

NJ Lottery officials announced that the winning ticket in last night's drawing matched the 5 white balls to win a one million dollar prize, but the winner also chose the Power Play option, which doubled the prize to a cool two million bucks!

The ticket was sold at the Wegmans on Rt. 9 in Manalapan.

The winning numbers were  8, 18, 45, 53 and 58. The red Power Ball number was 35. Multiplier number was 2.
