Valentine's Day is here, and if you need a little boost in the bedroom, these foods may help set the mood for a steamy night!

    Raw Oysters

These might take some getting used to in the texture department, but hey, they're an aphrodisiac, right?

    Spicy Foods

Think spicy Thai curry or Mexican stuffed poblanos. Why? Capsaicin (the stuff that makes peppers hot) stimulates nerve endings, raises your heart rate, and releases endorphins. Plus, they make you sweat...which makes you start taking your clothes off...duh.

    Sexy-shaped treats

Have you ever noticed that some foods just resemble certain body parts? Popsicles, ice cream cones, frozen bananas...I don't know if it's the shape, or the licking, but frozen or not, they'll turn up the heat. Bananas aren't the only naughty fruit either...get some peaches or fresh figs and you'll have plenty of juicy things to talk about!

    Rich Chocolate Cake

Eating chocolate releases oxytocin, the love hormone! Combine that with the sugar rush and licking decadent, creamy chocolate icing off your lips, and...is it getting hot in here?

    Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Probably the most sensual food I can think of, chocolate covered strawberries are perfect for getting you in a sexy frame of mind. They combine the oxytocin-producing chocolate (#4) with the visual appeal (#3) and more lip-licking (#4 again).
