Duzzy got a new FitBit, the fitness band you wear that tracks your activity, calories, and sleep...and he's become obsessed.

And now I wonder if I should get one too?

We both obviously want to lose some weight before the (as-yet-undecided) big day, and he tells me the FitBit helps keep him motivated to move more, and keep track of what he's eating.

I kinda want one because they seem cool, but I'm concerned about how accurate (or rather inaccurate) they are when it comes to tracking calories burned.

There are also SO many different brands and versions...FitBit, Nike FuelBand, Garmin vivofit, Jawbone...how do you decide which one??

What do you think, are they worth it?
