Lea Deloy, owner of Styling Company in Belmar, used her salon's tenth anniversary to do more than just party. She raised a large amount of money for a very special cause.

ALS is at the top of everyone's minds thanks to all of those ice buck challenges. But what do you do once your hair has gotten all wet? Well, you get it blown out and curled!

Lea thought she'd do her part and throw a party where local women and men could come and get prettied-up and win prizes for a donation to ALS. And I was so happy to have been a part of it and make a donation to such a great cause.

Between hair blow-outs and curling, eyebrow shaping, hand and neck massages, and so much more( including great prizes and food), Lea managed to bring the surrounding Monmouth and Ocean County community together to raise a ton of money for Tommy Mastro, a Long Branch musician who can no longer play due to his ALS.

Tommy's best friend even came out to tearfully talk about Tommy and his battle against this horrific disease. Our prayers and love continue to go out to Tommy and everyone suffering with ALS.

And if you CLICK HERE you will get info on donating to ALS research and  helping Tommy Mastro with another important fundraiser coming up at the Headliner in Neptune. It's a way for you to have a great day out for an amazing local man suffering from ALS and to help find a cure with your donations.
