A Morning with Brick Town Veterinarian Adam Christman

Our favorite vet brought all kinds of animal advice to us this morning, including info on two upcoming events for animal lovers that are coming up!

It is always a treat when Dr. Adam Christman stops by to chat, and an added bonus when he spends a little time co-hosting with me when Lou is out.

This morning was a special, last-minute treat! In case you missed it, Dr. Adam talked about everything from what he believes to be one of the best breed of dogs (after all, he's seen them all) in terms of personality and demeanor (it's the mini wire-haired Dachshund), and some fun pet facts (did you know yawning is contagious for your dog as well as you?)

But really he wanted to remind you about two upcoming fundraisers coming up that he would love to see you at.

The first is for the non-profit rescue group Pitties and Pals coming up at the Watermark in Asbury Park. It's from 2 pm - 5 pm on Sunday, Feb. 10th with funds going to support this special dog rescue. CLICK HERE for all the details!

The second event comes up on Saturday night, March 23rd at the Manasquan Elks Lodge. It's a fundraiser for the Molly Marie Fund at Brick Town Veterinary Hospital to help provide surgery for pet owners who have a dog or cat that needs help they can't afford. This is a night of comedy with our favorite and funniest comedian, Jeff Norris and his comedy friends. It's a night of laughter that will leave you in tears!!! Thank you Adam, for hanging out in the Point studio this morning and congrats on your second location of BrickTown Veterinary Hospital, which will open next week right next door to the original location and will allow more vets and pets to become part of this great place!
