If you pass Joe Leone's in Point Pleasant Beach today, you will see what the staff made, while it lasts!

With thousands coming to the Festival of the Sea on Saturday (I'll be there!) and the weather being good, chances are this sand castle will survive for a few days!

Remember when Ed Jarrett set the Guinness World Record for the tallest sandcastle at Jenkinson's beach a couple of summers ago?

Well, Joe Leone invited him back to town yesterday for a team-building day that he held for his staff of 122, and Ed helped the employees create this sandcastle, which is now outside on the corner of the store property.

And in case you're wondering what kind of a man Joe Leone is, the signature board behind the sandcastle says F.A.M.I.L.Y. It was the theme of the day and it's more like their mission statement. It stands for Forget About Me I Love You. Pretty great, right?

With delicious food and great employees and customer service, no wonder Joe Leone's is so popular!
