Absolut Ginger Cosmo – Absolut Summer Cocktail of the Week

Our Absolut Summer on the Rocks continues!

This week's cocktail is a slight twist on a classic drink. Why not make the Absolut Ginger Cosmo the signature drink at your party this weekend?

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Absolut vodka
• .5 oz triple sec
• 1 oz. cranberry juice
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 4 small pieces fresh ginger, peeled

Muddle the ginger in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Switch it up:

Use a flavored vodka like Absolut Cherrykran or Absolut Karnival to add a little extra flavor to your cocktail.
Use more or less vodka, cranberry, or lime juice to suit your tastes.
Finely grate the ginger before muddling to really bring out the spicy flavor.
