Absolut Hibiskus Daisy – Absolut Summer Cocktail of the Week

Today marks the unofficial start to summer at the Jersey Shore, and what better way to kick off the weekend than with a refreshing cocktail?

This week's cocktail is a little fruity, a little sweet, and super yummy, featuring one of very favorite Absolut flavors. Absolut Hibiskus combines hibiscus flower and pomegranate flavors with vodka, and while it's fabulous on its own, it's AWESOME with just a little help!

Let's get your Summer on the Rocks started with the Absolut Hibiskus Daisy!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Absolut Hibiskus
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• ½ oz. pomegranate syrup (You could probably make your own by boiling equal parts sugar and water with pomegranate juice...or save yourself the trouble and buy a bottle like THIS.)
• 1 Tbls. pomegranate arils (seeds)
• Lemon wedge (to garnish)
