American Cancer Society Cancer Ball 2013 A Huge Success

The American Cancer Society Cancer Ball 2013, held at the beautiful Hall estate in Rumson was a phenomenal success.

The glamorous evening was a combination of fun and touching moments as caring people from all over the tri state made generous donations to help battle the deadly disease.

I was honored when I was asked to be the auctioneer for the live auction, which of course I accepted. The spirit of the participants was truly amazing, and I am told the live auction alone brought in over $60,000! Thanks for your generosity, and thanks to Carol Stilwell, honorary chairperson, for really making the live auction so successful.

Although there are no official results yet, early estimates are that the wonderful evening brought in over $300,000. Congratulations to all those responsible for putting the event together and a huge thank you to everyone who attended for their incredible support.
