Two Lake Como men are facing a slew of drug charges after Belmar police executed a search warrant on their home on April 3 according to the Asbury Park Press.  

Belmar Police executed the search warrant at the home of 33-year old Dane Fischl and 30-year old Christoper Gathman's April 3 and seized a variety of drugs and $67,200.00 in cash.

Fischl is charged with:

  • LSD possession with intent to sell
  • Psilocybin mushroom possession with intent to sell
  • Three counts of drug possession in a school zone
  • Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell
  • Psilocybin mushroom over one ounce
  • Marijuana possession over 50 grams
  • Ketamine possession
  • Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine possession
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Being under the influence of drugs

Gathman is charged with:

  • Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine possession
  • Marijuana possession
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Gathman was released with summonses while Fischl was brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold pending a detention hearing according to Police.

Chief Andrew Huisman said, "a vehicle used in commission of these offenses" was also seized.
