Ben & Jerry’s Introduces New Cookie Cores Flavors

If you're somehow still sticking to your New Year's Resolution diet...Ben & Jerry's has released a new line of ice creams that oughta kick you right back into those stretchy pants.

Meet the Cookie Cores.

If you remember, last year they came up with their new 'Core Flavors,' a line of ice creams with caramel, chocolate fudge, or jam at the core of each pint.

The Cookie Cores take things up a notch...they all contain a core of cookie butter (A delicious spread of pulverized cookies with the consistency of peanut butter.)

There are three flavors:

• Boom Chocolatta! - Mocha & Caramel Ice Creams with Chocolate Cookies, Fudge Flakes & a Chocolate Cookie Core
• Peanut Buttah - Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Crunchy Peanut Butter Sugar Bits, Peanut Butter Cookies & a Peanut Butter Cookie Core
• Spectacular Speculoos - Dark Caramel & Vanilla Ice Creams with Speculoos Cookies & a Speculoos Cookie Butter Core

I'm by far most excited about the speculoos flavor...if you've never had them (or one of the magical cookie butter spreads they become....omggg go get yourself a jar and a spoon!!)

Speculoos have a great gingerbread/cinnamon-y flavor...add that to the dark caramel and vanilla ice creams and...I'm in smooth, ice cream-y heaven.

Now, you might think it's too cold for ice cream...but you're wrong. It's never too cold for ice cream! Turn up the heat, grab a blanket, and seriously...stretchy pants!
