Whether you are an exhausted trick or treater, late night Halloween party goer or stressed out Mets fan, the extra hour of sleep this weekend is a welcome bonus.

Yes, it's that time of year again, when we fall back and get an extra hour of shut eye. It officially happens at 2:00am Sunday morning, but most of us will roll the clocks that don't do it automatically back before we go to sleep Saturday night.

I don't know about you, but I still remember losing that hour in the Spring and it's about time the debt is payed. Every time I've been exhausted, I blame that hour. But I won't complain, since this hour returns during the Mets World Series, a series that has cost fans plenty of sleep this past week after a 5 hour Game 1 that ended after 1:00am..

So enjoy your extra hour of sleep this weekend and please take advantage of it. Remember we'll be handing the hour right back on March 13, 2016. But for the time being, the extra sleep is a treat we all get, whether you're in a costume or not this weekend.
