Broncorita and Seahawker – Cocktail(s) of the Week

This week we pay tribute to the multitude of parties goin down on Sunday.

Whether you're rooting for the Seahawks or the Broncos in this year's game, we have a super cocktail for you!

Seahawker

You ready to go Beast Mode??

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz vodka
• 1 oz blue curacao
• .5 oz melon liqueur (like Midori)
• 4 oz. lemon-lime or club soda
• lime wheels to garnish

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, blue curacao, and soda, and stir. Gently float the melon liqueur into the cocktail and watch in amazement as the pretty colors swirl together! Garnish with a lime wheel.

Guaranteed to have you saying, 'Omahave another!' (That was completely uncalled for. Sorry.)

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. tequila (use a good one, will ya?)
• .5 oz triple sec
• 4 oz. orange juice
• splash lime juice
• orange slice or twist, to garnish
• coarse salt, to garnish

Rim a margarita glass with coarse salt by dipping your glass in lime or orange juice and then salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, triple sec, orange and lime juice. Shake well, and pour contents into glass. Garnish with orange slice or twist.
