Kuilan is described as standing at 5'4, 200-lbs, with brown hair and eyes along with multiple tattoos and police ask that if you see him to call them immediately.

Last night around 10:30 pm Kuilan along with his alleged co-conspirator Jose Cruz, 21, of Philadelphia knocked on a door on Courtlandt Drive telling the residents they were delivering a pizza.

But the residents didn't order a pizza, so they didn't respond to the knock on the door and immediately called police to report them.

Police were able to locate the vehicle of the suspects allegedly involved in this incident and upon a search of the car found Cruz and Kuilan both of Philadelphia inside along with a 9 mm handgun.

Kuilan then bolted from the vehicle and fled on foot and remains on the run.

The car was impounded and upon a court authorized search warrant police also found CDS, ski masks, props and other items to illustrate a pizza delivery man outfit.

Investigators connected the car and the suspects to two other burglaries in the area of the Silver Ridge Retirement Community on October 31 and November 29.

Cruz was arrested and transported to Berkeley Township Police Headquarters for processing where he was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of a firearm, and remains in the Ocean County Jail.

Kuilan is charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of weapons possession, hindering his own apprehension and eluding and a warrant is issued for his arrest.

These burglaries remain under investigation by police who expect more arrests are likely as the evidence continues to be processed. There is also a possible link to a robbery on Tortola Street on December 14.

Anyone who encounters him should use extreme caution as he is considered armed and dangerous. If observed, please call your local police department or 9-1-1. Further, TIPS can be left by calling 732-341-1132 x 611. Tips can be anonymous.
