If you're trying to lose a little weight before bathing suit season arrives, you may be surprised how many calories you're burning just doing everyday activities

This one may wind up being your favorite. Attention shoppers! You are burning calories, too! We're talking shopping at the supermarket here, and it involves pushing that shopping cart. But if you do that for an hour, you'll burn a little under 250 calories.

It may not be the same as having a personal trainer, but at least you can feel a little better about summer being right around the corner knowing every chore you do gets you a little closer to your goals.
