Cake Boss Arrested for DWI

Buddy Valastro, star of TLC's Cake Boss, was in police custody this morning, arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

His yellow Corvette (really, bro?) was stopped by police in NYC just after 1 a.m. after he was observed weaving through traffic on 10th Ave. in Chelsea.

TMZ reports that cops smelled a strong odor of alcohol, and that Valastro failed multiple field sobriety tests.

Valastro is the owner of Carlo's Bake Shop, with several locations in NJ, including one on Broad St. in Red Bank.

He is set to appear before a judge.
