Cake Boss Opening Location in Red Bank

Buddy Valastro aka "The Cake Boss" from the TLC hit reality series owns Carlo's Bakery locations in Hoboken, Ridgewood and Westfield. Buddy announced that he is expanding his franchise into a very "boss" Monmouth county location.

Carlo's Bakery Red Bank is set to be open for the holidays at 86 Broad Street. Ricky’s Candy, Cones and Chaos used to occupy that spot.

Valastro says he knows downtown Red Bank very well and that his bakery will be a perfect fit.

Customers can expect an open kitchen with baking done on premises. We'll get to enjoy everything from cookies to wedding cakes. The Cake Boss says what will make his bakery unique is that:

Welcome and best of luck to Buddy and his new bakery. He's going to have some very big competition to contend with. Some of New Jersey's best bakery's are blocks or in some cases just feet away in Red Bank.
