Wouldn't it be nice if you could lose weight by just being a couch potato? Sounds great, but it's not likely. I did however read some tips at msn.com for people who are a little lazy about working out that can help you exercise more easily. One of them is to do some exercising while you're on the couch watching TV.

I hope it works for you, but I'll tell you this. If we were meant to exercise while sitting down watching TV, couches would look like treadmills and they'd be a lot less comfortable. The only time I want to sweat while watching TV is when the Giants are on. And every Giants fan knows that happens every week. Hey, wait..does that count? If it does, I've been working out all season long!
