Lady Gaga was awarded the LennonOno Grant for Peace by the venerable Yoko Ono on Tuesday (Oct. 9), and promptly announced that she would donate the accompanying grant money to her friend and collaborator Elton John's AIDS charity. So she acted in the true spirit of the award by making the donation.
