One of the best things about Valentine's Day is the excuse to eat ALL THE CHOCOLATE...so why not drink it too?

This week's cocktail is sweet, creamy, and with just a hint of fruit...perfect to share (or to toast how awesome you are all by yourself!)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz. Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
  • 1 oz. clear creme de cacao
  • 1 oz. cream
  • cocoa powder or shaved chocolate, to garnish
  • fresh raspberries, to garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder (make a pretty heart shape design by using a stencil) and a few fresh raspberries.

Mwah!

Switch it up:

Use chocolate vodka instead of vanilla.
Use more or less Chambord, creme de cacao, or cream to suit your tastes.
