Christie Rampone And U.S Women’s Soccer One Step Closer To Gold

The Jersey shore's own Christie Rampone and her U.S. Women's Soccer Team grabbed an exciting, come from behind victory over Canada and are now ready to go for the gold!

When I hosted the pep rally for Christie at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, just before she left for the Olympic Games, she was really optimistic about this team and their chances to bring home the gold. And now they are just one win away.

New Jersey has been so well represented by our amazing athletes at these London games, and of course after her several visits to the morning show, we are rooting especially hard for Christie to bring home that gold!

The U.S. battles Japan for the gold medal on Thursday. Go U.S.A!
