Christie Rampone To Be Honored By U.S. Soccer

The legendary soccer career of Point Pleasant's own Christie Rampone will be honer by U.S. Soccer in March.

Rampone, the gold medal, World Cup winning former USA Women's team captain will be honored March 4th at Red Bull Arena before the U.S.A. vs England in the SheBelieves Cup, according to the SkyBlue FC website.

Here are some amazing Christie Rampone stats  that represent what an amazing career she had. She payed 24,011 minutes for the U.S. team, she played in 19 Women's World Cup matches, as well as 22 Olympic matches.
