U.S Women's Olympics soccer star Christie Rampone is holding some great summer soccer events to teach skills to your children!

This summer Christie will not only play on the new Sky Blue FC squad of the National Women's Soccer League, but she will also be helping lots of lucky kids learn some of her medal-winning skills!

Christie grew up on the soccer fields (and basketball courts) of Point Boro High School and went on to Monmouth University. She is now raising her kids in Manasquan.

One session of the Christie Rampone and K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital Girls Soccer Camp will be held June 24-28, 2013, at Sunshine Village Fields in Neptune. Those who take part will also be invited to see the Sky Blue team play at Rutgers!

Also that week, a 7v7 league will begin and will be held every Tuesday for six weeks. Players must be between the ages of 13 and 18 and the league will accept higher U12 teams.

There will be a second camp held July 9-12 behind Jersey Shore University Medical Center and those participating will be invited to the July 13th Sky blue game.

And, revisiting her Monmouth Hawks days, Christie will also hold a soccer clinic in West Long Branch on July 22 & 24 at Sorrentino Park.
