A mojito is a traditional Cuban cocktail that combines lime, mint, sugar, and rum, with a touch of fizz from some club soda.

Flavorwise, you might want to call this a coconut-lime mojito, but that's redundant, as the lime is an integral part of the mojito no matter what other flavors are in it.

Now, let's get to it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. coconut rum
  • 2 oz. coconut water
  • 2 oz. club soda
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 4-5 mint leaves

Muddle the mint leaves in a shaker with simple syrup and lime juice. (You can also use a sugar cube in place of the simple syrup.) Shake over ice with rum and coconut water, and pour into a highball glass. Top with club soda.

Enjoy!

Switch it up:

For less coconut flavor, use plain rum instead of coconut flavored.
For more coconut flavor, use more coconut water and less club soda.
Use more or less rum or sugar to suit your tastes.

*Please drink responsibly.*
