40% of college graduates say they would accept less salary for a job as long as their employer would allow them access to Facebook at work, according to a report from Hothardware.com. An amazing 56% of responders worldwide said they would ignore or turn down a job from a company that banned social media.

Two thirds of the college grads also said they would ask a potential employer about their policies regarding social media during their job interview. And just think about how much time we've all been wasting sneaking around to check Facebook all this time!
