Did You Ever See a Cricket This Cute?

Our Point Pet of the Week is looking for her forever home. Can you help?

Cricket was originally rescued from a shelter down south where she would have been put down simply because of overcrowding. She is about a year old and most likely some sort of Hound/Terrier mix which means she is both smart AND beautiful!

This adorable girl has made so many new friends since coming to the Monmouth County SPCA and loves to go on walks. Volunteers say that Cricket is a very good walker with very ladylike manners. She enjoys going to the park, the beach, or just about anywhere!

Once your walk with her is over, she likes to climb into your lap and give you kisses. It must be her way of expressing her thanks : )

Also, mark your calendars for the annual MJ's Dog Fair coming up on Saturday, Sept. 16th in Neptune. This is the third year for this wonderful event that just keeps growing. It's a fun, dog-friendly time so bring your entire pet and human family! There will be adorable adoptable dogs on hand to expand your canine family. There will also be a professional positive reinforcement trainer there to answer all of your training questions. Plus lots of vendors and outdoor dining. Drink and food specials for the family!
