The dance floor was destroyed by Superstorm Sandy. So D'Jais sold pieces of it to raise money. It's not too late if you didn't get your piece!

When D'Jais realized they'd need a new dance floor after the hurricane, they tried to decide what to do with the ripped-up floorboards that had been danced on by so many through the years.

If you spent many a summer night making memories at D'Jais on Ocean Avenue in Belmar, this could be a cherished piece of history or a great gift. And it's not too late to buy a piece of it. Dance floor boards are still available!

It's all for an amazing cause. The proceeds from the amazing sales of the dance boards so far have raised $20,000 that have gone to Belmar Hurricane Relief. The money will be divided equally among four families that were affected by the hurricane.

D'Jais will also be hosting some benefits in the near future at the bar in the hopes of helping more families.
