Did you buy a pair of those odd-looking Skechers sneakers that promised to tone your legs and lift your butt? If so, you're entitled to a refund!

The Federal Trade Commission has found that Shape-Ups promoting toning, muscle-building and weight loss were falsely advertised. The shoe company has agreed to pay out $40 million in settlement costs.

So if you can prove you bought a pair of Shape-ups, Resistance Runners, Toners or Tone-ups, you might be able to get a refund.

For the record, Kim Kardashian, the spokesperson of Shape-Ups, says she really believes the sneakers did for her everything they promised to do for you. Guess we're just not as lucky.
