The clocks have sprung ahead in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, but we all know it's not officially spring yet. So does winter have another nasty day in store for us this week?

I'm sure you've heard that some forecasters are talking about a potential snow event for Wednesday into Thursday. Hard to believe since Alan Kasper expects Wednesday's daytime high to be around 50 degrees.

We asked Alan to peek ahead to Wednesday night into Thursday, and his early look at the forecast calls for just a chance of the rain to change over to a little snow between midnight and daybreak, but he does not anticipate anything major.

Of course, Alan will keep his eyes on the forecast and we'll be the first to let you know if anything changes regarding midweek. As for Alan's forecast over the next 36 hours, get ready for temperatures to top 60 tomorrow. That's better!
