DWI Checkpoint in Deal Tonight

The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be out and about again this weekend, looking for unsafe drivers.

They'll set up from 11 p.m. tonight, June 12 until 3 a.m., Saturday, June 13 on the northbound side of Ocean Ave. in Deal.

Drivers will pull into the Deal Casino Beach Club parking lot (near Brighton Ave.), where officers will check and make sure the drivers are sober (and wearing their seatbelts, and not on their phones, etc.)

If you're planning to head out to party tonight, and no one wants to be the DD, I suggest taking the train, calling a cab, or getting an Uber!
