The early look at the forecast for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day has the Jersey Shore dealing with rain rather than snow for the most part.

There have been rumors gaining steam that snow was headed our way for next week, but so far our meteorologist Dan Zarrow thinks we're in for some heavy rain on Christmas Eve with a chance of a few snowflakes at night and a windy, colder Christmas Day.
