Expert – Don’t Let A Guy’s Height Be a Deal Breaker

I hear about a lot of "expert advice", and a lot of it doesn't catch my attention. This piece of advice did.

I'm 5' 2", and that's rounding up. So when I read that at glamour.com that one of the  deal breakers for girls when it comes to dating is when a guy is shorter than them, I was a little surprised.

I'm certainly not going to judge here. Everybody likes what they like, and that's perfectly fine. But I just have to say this, and it goes for men just as much, if not more, than women. I just hope we aren't passing up on what could be something great solely on one physical trait.

Now, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not quite sure what my wife was thinking when she picked me, but I count my lucky stars that she didn't dismiss me because I'm shorter than her. I hate to think how much we both would have missed had she done that.

She didn't, and no one is happier about that than I am. She looked a little deeper, and that's something I hope we all do more of.
