FoodBank Wants You To ‘Plant A Row For The Hungry’

The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties will unveil all the details today at an event held at the FoodBank.

The event will take place today (Tuesday March 24th) from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, 3300 Route 66 in Neptune. Details on the national campaign, which encourages gardeners to plant a row of produce to ultimately donate to those in need,  will be available, and a light lunch will be served.

It's another great idea to help our neighbors in need. Remember that one in 10 residents in Monmouth and Ocean Counties receive food from the FoodBank.
