The headline caught my eye..."8 Foods That'll Never Make You Fat". Has someone uncovered delicious, magical food that will satisfy your desire to eat delicious food and not make you pack on the pounds? Not really.

I knew it might be too good to be true when the first suggestion in the article at msn.com was celery. Really? I can be chewing celery and still be not sure it's in my mouth. Get me some ranch dip and we can talk, but there's no ranch dip on the list.

If celery isn't your thing, then you may want to dig into food #2...bell peppers.Here's GREAT news..you can have as many bell peppers as you want. How about zero.

When they got to kale, I stopped reading. I don't know a lot about kale, but I know this. The only place I would order kale is at the"Last Restaurant on Earth Inn", and that's only if they were out of celery and bell peppers.

I know all this food is good for you and it certainly is the right thing to do. if you love it, that's awesome. If you don't, but you eat it anyway, for health reasons or to lose weight, that shows amazing commitment, and I think that is great. I really do.

And I have not closed my mind to it completely. I'm simply waiting until they invent cool ranch kale. I'm sure they're working on it as we speak.
