Free Dental Care Available Today in Local Town

If you can't afford to go to the dentist, one national charity group wants to make sure that doesn't stop you from getting the care you need.

Today, they are bringing their services to the Jersey Shore.

Dentistry from the Heart provides free extractions, fillings and cleanings for adults with no insurance who are in need of dental care.

Today's event is being held at Aberdeen Family Dental, located at 1077 Rt. 34 (Strathmore Plaza) in Aberdeen.

You can go right to their office, no appointment necessary, with availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event goes until 5 p.m. but may run slightly later if necessary.

While today's event is not open to children, it's good to note that there is a related charity group called Give Kids a Smile that offers free dental care for kids in the month of February.
