Fun Fridays in Asbury with Lou and Liz

And then Fred Hopson of Rock Solid Training (732-456-9671 or Self197@gmail.com) stopped by and challenged me to a training session right on the boardwalk! It was so much fun...and several listeners said they'd like to join in next time, although I couldn't get Lou to commit!

This Friday (tomorrow, July 24th) Nancy Reamy, who does our traffic reports, will be out in Asbury with us, so come and give her a warm welcome!

Parking is free til 9 am and we are on the boardwalk at Third Ave. from 5:30 am - 10 am. Hope to see you : )
