Back in March we told you about Brick resident Sean Martyn's brave battles with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very rare form of cancer of the muscles attached to the bones. Read the story here. Sean continues his fight as we as a community continue to support one of our own.

On May 6th at 2pm, Phoenix Productions, a non-profit community theatre will perform a benefit presentation of "The Wizard of Oz" at The Strand Theatre in Lakewood. At the show, they'll be selling Phoenix Cares Bracelets and donating 100% of the profits to The Sean Martyn Fund. While Sean will be undergoing treatment the day of the performance, his sister Kelly will be in attendance and speaking on his behalf.

The cost of a single family member battling cancer is staggering. The cost of that family member battling cancer for a second time in financially and emotionally crippling.

Bring the family to see "The Wizard Of Oz" live on stage and help one of our own at the same time.
