According to a new study most of us only spend three percent of each waking day active. Other than that three percent, people are sitting -- either in a car, at the office, or at home. Researchers from the American Institute for Cancer Research, who conducted the study, are urging you to take breaks from sitting in front of the computer and tv...and fill that break time with exercise. Even getting up in the morning and spending 30 minutes on a treadmill each day would be a huge improvement over what most people are doing.
