Keep in mind that this is the cheapest house for sale in Monmouth County. Mobile homes and condos weren't included. Neither were auction sales or foreclosures.

With that being said, the winner is 51 Crescent St. in Keansburg going for $29,900.

As you can imagine, this property needs a lot of work. Calling it a "fixer-upper" is being a little too kind.

What's nuts is that the taxes are still $6,415 a year (welcome to Monmouth County.)
