Go Inside the ‘Not Haunted’ House in Middletown [PHOTOS]

Yesterday, I wrote about a 'for sale' sign in front of a house in Middletown with an unusual message on it.

We had some questions about this "not haunted" house. Thanks to all of your emails, I got an address: 100 Cherry Tree Road.

The house is on the corner of Cherry Tree and Harmony. It's not a great location. It's also not haunted. Century 21, cleverly put that on the for sale sign for the property to get people's attention. Clearly, it worked.

According to Zillow, it's a fully renovated split level with three bedrooms, one and a half renovated baths and one car attached garage with horseshoe driveway. The current asking price is $350,000. Take a look!
