We are just a couple of weeks away from the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women Day and we want to make sure you mark your calendar now!

Go Red For Women Day is a day that we encourage everyone to wear something red to show that we all stand together in supporting women's health, including of course heart health.

Are you ready to make a Go Red Healthy Behavior Commitment? If you are, mark your calendar for Friday February 1st and get ready to show your support. We all have women in our lives who mean the world to us, so let's do it for them.

This campaign is also an opportunity to learn as much as you can about heart disease and strokes in women. Find out about the signs and symptoms and also learn the ways to protect yourself.

The American Heart Association reminds us all that women always seem to put others well being ahead of their own, so it's up to all of us to make sure the women in our lives are taking care of themselves as well.

We're just a couple of weeks away from this really important event. So mark your calendar for Friday, February 1st and get ready to Go Red For Women!
