Great Customer Service at the Jersey Shore

Earlier in the week I vented about a customer service challenge at a certain retailer. Now I'd like to shift focus to some of the places where customer service is excellent in our area. Starting with this place.

Pet Supplies Plus in Wall Township/Belmar (in the shopping center behind the old Shop Rite on Rt. 35) is one of those places that leave me smiling.

I used to shop at a chain pet supplies store that was no longer as conveniently located to me once I moved. So I tried this store, and never looked back.

Not only is the store large, clean, organized, and full of everything your pets could ever need, but they also have grooming services, vet clinics, and adorable adoptable animals on premises. But the best part is the friendly and helpful customer service -- and the great prices!

Each cashier I have spoken with upon check out has not only loved their job, but was super helpful and happy to answer any questions I had with a smile. And these employees are also pet lovers and pet owners, sometimes wishing they could adopt all of the beauties that haven't yet found homes.

So thank you for the refreshing shopping experience, Pet Supplies Plus in Wall!

This store does have other locations, but the Wall store is the only one I have been in.
