Great Idea for a Day Out with Girlfriends

If you are looking for a unique and fun way to get your girlfriends together, try this!

I am blessed with a bunch of neighbors who are also great friends of mine, and one of them came up with the idea of going to a pottery playhouse for a private session of fun!

We spent Saturday morning and afternoon having our Girls Day Out at Git Fired Up in Point Pleasant Beach and we had the best time ever!

We brought our own food and drinks to make it even more festive, and we were all together enjoying great company, lots of laughs, and painting everything from mugs to platters to holiday ornaments!

It was a warm and fun environment and there was even an artist on hand (thank you, Laura!) to help those of us (well...ME) who don't have a creative bone in their bodies!

Yes, my art work looks like that of a 5-year old, but I really had such a great day out with my friends that it was totally worth it!

So you wanna see what I made? It's sort of a take on me and my boys and our cats, lol. I need work learning this art thing. Ha!
