Great Turn Out For Tori’s Meatball Throwdown in Long Branch

In another display of Jersey Shore generosity, Jack's Goal Line Stand in Long Branch was packed with good hearted people on Saturday who came out to support Tori Lee, who is battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

It was such a pleasure to see Tori's family and friends getting together to help her and her family though a tough time. Jack's was wall to wall with well wishers when Diane and I arrived and people were still piling in to help Team Tori as we left.

I wanted to also say thank you to my friends at the Childhood Leukemia Foundation, who saw the story about Tori on the website last week, and were so touched, they were able to provide her with an iPad, which was presented to her grandparents at the event. 

As soon as we find out how much was raised, we'll pass it along to you. In the meantime Jersey Shore, thank you once again for answering the call to help a neighbor and friend.
