Tricks For Counting Calories In Halloween Treats
Costumes, candy and calories…Halloween is here! Wouldn’t it be great if we could dress up, have a great time and then eat half of the kids’ candy while they’re not looking. without giving it a second thought? Well we can’t, first because we would feel a little guilty about stealing the kids’ Halloween treats, but the biggest reason is a little thing called calories!
But that’s ok, because some experts have the answer. If you’re grabbing a chocolate miniature, take a 3 Musketeer mini. It has only 24 calories. Need a full size candy bar to satisfy your sweet tooth, eat a York Peppermint Patty at only 140 calories. For me, I just eat my favorites and try not to think about it. I figure the guilt will go away by Thanksgiving, when we get to do this all over again!
