This study in The Telegraph really surprised me. Turns out men exercise more than women. As a matter of fact, men do 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise a day as compared to only 18 minutes for women.

The study looked at more than 1000 men and women. Experts say that at least 30 minutes of exercise a day are not as likely to have high cholesterol and are less likely to be depressed.

I was surprised simply because I thought women were generally more concerned with their health than men and I do think women are more disciplined about working out. And now with bathing suit season here, I bet those averages go up.. For men and women.
