Today is the Cyber Monday but if you're planning to do some shopping at work, it may be harder than ever this year.

Some research estimates $1 billion in productivity is lost on Cyber Monday and many companies have taken notice and are doing something about it. In a recent survey of Chief Information Officers reported at businessnewsdaily.com, 60% say they are blocking access to online shopping. That is up 12% from last year.

Not all companies are blocking access, however. Those who aren't estimate that their workers will spend 4 hours a week surfing the web for deals while at work this holiday season.
