There are free programs in our area that can help you and your family.

If you, a family member, a neighbor, a co-worker, or someone else that you know is suffering from nightmares, has lost their home, is unable to perform properly at work, at school, or at home, is displaced, is having mood swings, or anything else that you think is a result of the hurricane, there are Mental Health Association Sandy Wellness Programs available.

Free counseling is being offered to individuals and families impacted by the Superstorm The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County is offering free counseling county-wide for impacted Monmouth County residents.

Additionally, through funding from the Robin Hood Foundation, they have established the Bayshore Wellness Center at St. Mark's Center for Community Renewal to provide counseling for impacted individuals in the Bayshore area, free of charge.

The Barnabas Health Institue for Prevention asks that you please share this information with those who might benefit.

Licensed professionals will be connected with you to provide free supportive counseling and therapy throughout the greater Monmouth County area by calling 732-542-6422.
