If you would like to volunteer to help some very special kids enjoy a day at the beach, read on!

Best Day Foundation, and award-winning non-profit dedicated to helping special-needs children build confidence and self-esteem through adventure activities like surfing, body boarding, kayaking, and more, all while making new friends, has two upcoming events that you can be a part of.

The upcoming events will take place July 26th and 27th at Brick III beach in Brick and on August 9th at Seven President's Oceanfront Park in Long Branch. New volunteers are always welcome! You can register to volunteer by CLICKING HERE!

Best day is a volunteer-supported organization where volunteers help kids feel the thrill of riding a wave for the first time...kids who might otherwise never have this opportunity. These events leave everyone involved - from the volunteers to the kids- feeling happy and loved...whether it's just helping a special-needs child splash in the waves or run through an obstacle course.

This non-profit organization helps kids with special needs like Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Cancer, Spinal Cord injuries, and blindness get an experience that can really add joy to their lives. In fact, a few of the non-verbal kids have spoken for the very first time at a Best Day event, which is heartwarming to the volunteers.

Best Day is run by an experienced team and has served over 3,000 children. They are always looking to add to their volunteer roster, and no experience or expertise is necessary! There are roles for everyone. Just bring your helping hands and an open heart.
